Shipping / Delivery Policy

Service Area

We provide local delivery and pickup services within the Kingdom of Bahrain only. International shipping is not available as we serve freshly prepared food.

Local Delivery

Delivery is subject to availability and may be temporarily unavailable during peak hours or adverse weather conditions. Delivery availability is indicated on the ordering page.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

• Order not yet approved: If your order has not yet been approved by the restaurant, you may cancel for a full refund.
• Wrong order delivered: If you receive an incorrect order due to our error, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement order.
• Quality issue: If the food quality is significantly below expectations due to our fault (e.g., spoiled or improperly prepared food), please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable

• Orders that have been approved and prepared by the restaurant cannot be refunded.
• Orders that have been delivered and accepted by the customer are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or incorrect order.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been dispatched.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For cash payments, refunds will be provided in cash at the restaurant.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by phone at 13333103 or visit the restaurant directly. Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund request.

Exchange Policy

As we serve freshly prepared food, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive an incorrect order, we will replace it with the correct items at no additional charge.

• Incorrect order: Contact us immediately at 13333103. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
• Change of mind: Once an order has been approved and is being prepared, changes to items are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Overpayment: Any overpayment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
• Underpayment: If an underpayment occurs, we will contact you to arrange the remaining balance before the order is prepared.

Cancellation Policy

When Can You Cancel?

How to Cancel

To cancel a pending order, please contact us immediately by phone at 13333103. Cancellation requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been approved.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Online payment: Full refund to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
• Cash on delivery: No charge is applied as payment has not been collected.

No-Show Policy

For pickup orders: If you do not collect your order within 1 hour of your selected pickup time without prior notice, the order will be considered complete and no refund will be issued.
